This 60 minute online vinyasa Level 2 class is designed for intermediate to advanced students who already maintain a regular practice and have a solid yoga foundation. The practice increases self-awareness, balance, range of motion, and strength. Classes include a thorough warm-up incorporating centering through breath, somatics, mobilization of joints and core integration, followed by a variety of sun salutations, standing poses, leg and arm balances, back and forward bends, seated postures, prone and supine positions, and savasana.
