Monday Slow Flow

An extended version of Sunday Slow Flow, this 75 minute Level 2 online vinyasa class is designed for intermediate to advanced students who already maintain a regular practice and have a solid yoga foundation. The practice increases self-awareness, balance, range of motion, and strength. Classes include a thorough warm-up incorporating centering through breath, somatics, mobilisation of joints and core integration, followed by a variety of sun salutations, standing poses, leg and arm balances, back and forward bends, seated postures, prone and supine positions, and savasana.

Wednesday Strong Flow

This 75 minute online vinyasa Level 2/3 class is designed for intermediate to advanced students who already maintain a regular practice and have a solid yoga foundation. The pace of the class is slightly elevated compared to Slow Flow and transitions may be more intricate with a focus on strength and stamina. Through challenging and creative sequences that build upon one another, students will develop endurance, self-awareness, balance, range of motion, and strength. Classes include a thorough warm-up incorporating centering through breath, somatics, mobilization of joints and core integration, followed by a variety of sun salutations, standing poses, leg and arm balances, back and forward bends, seated postures, prone and supine positions, and savasana.

Thursday Pilates Fusion

This 60 minute online movement practice blends Pilates, yoga, and barre-inspired exercises including low impact cardio, functional strength building, core-centered conditioning and stretching for a full body workout. The practice promotes body awareness, control, improved posture, balance, proprioception, and focus. Moderately paced, attention is placed on breath, optimal alignment of the joints and precision of movement, integrating mind and body.

Light hand weights (1-5 lbs), an 8-9” inflatable Pilates ball and 6ft long medium to heavy resistance band are optional. Previous experience with either Pilates, yoga or barre is recommended.
