This 75 minute online vinyasa Level 2/3 class is designed for intermediate to advanced students who already maintain a regular practice and have a solid yoga foundation. The pace of the class is slightly elevated compared to Slow Flow and transitions may be more intricate with a focus on strength and stamina. Through challenging and creative sequences that build upon one another, students will develop endurance, self-awareness, balance, range of motion, and strength. Classes include a thorough warm-up incorporating centering through breath, somatics, mobilization of joints and core integration, followed by a variety of sun salutations, standing poses, leg and arm balances, back and forward bends, seated postures, prone and supine positions, and savasana.
